🟢 Case Context Netflix is facing a slowdown in subscriber growth in emerging markets like India. While global markets value personalization and AI-driven recommendations, users in India report issues such as: Difficulty in finding regional/local content. Confusion with subscription plans. Poor mobile experience for data-limited users. Lack of family-friendly viewing settings. The leadership team wants to redesign the Netflix user experience with a focus on empathy-driven user research and storytelling techniques. 🟡 Assignment Tasks Create an Empathy Map for Netflix users in India (covering what they Say, Think, Feel, Do). Visualize user pain points using Power BI or Tableau dashboards – highlight patterns, outliers, and user distributions. Design a research plan using at least three techniques (e.g., surveys, one-on-one interviews, focus groups, diary studies, usability testing, A/B testing). Justify why these chosen techniques are most suitable for Netflix’s India market.
