Network reduction: voltage and current division, source transformation – star / delta conversion, Theorems: Superposition Theorem, Thevenin’s and Norton’s Theorem –– Maximum power transfer theorem – Reciprocity theorem

THREE PHASE CIRCUITS

Three phase circuits: phase and line values – phasor diagrams- analysis of three phase 3-wire and 4-wire circuits, balanced & unbalanced loads.

Transient response of RL, RC and RLC series circuits using Laplace transform for DC input – Transient response of RLC series circuit for AC input.
